Zach's level of professionalism is unmatched by the crematory's in Grand Rapids. Not only did he pickup Thor within an hour of him crossing the rainbow bridge, this was the most professional cremation in regard to a furry kid I have ever witnessed. The pervious 3 I had cremated at Sleepy Hollow / Trusted Journey and they were no where close to Zach's level of professionalism that I witnessed. I picked up Thor yesterday at his office and he had Thor placed in a plastic bag which then in turn was placed into a cloth draw string pouch, plaster paw print, clip of hair placed in a small windowed envelope, ink paw print in a little picture frame, a keepsake and nose print that we asked for, and it was all laid out on a table with a lit candle. Zach's care and professionalism in the whole process is unmatched and I would highly recommend him if anyone reading this review were to decide to have your furry child cremated.

I cannot thank Bridge Gate Pet Cremations enough for the incredible care they took of our furbaby, Koda. Losing a pet is heartbreaking, but Zach went above and beyond to guide us through it. He was incredibly personal and truly understood the depth of our sorrow during such a difficult time.

The loss of a pet is truly difficult. It is one of the hardest goodbyes and the worst part about having a pet be part of your family. That is why I appreciate the kindness and compassion I received from Zach at Bridge gate. He was there to get my sweet kitty Marilyn from my vet right away and the whole process was smooth and thoughtful. The paw print photo is such a kind and appreciated gesture as well. Thanks Zach for your help during a stressful, difficult time for my Dad and I. I highly recommend Bridge Gate if you happen to need this service. Compassionate
Zach was very kind and very well priced. He is understanding to the loss of a precious fur baby and did not get irritated when I broke down crying handing him my mune Kitty. He even came out to my house to pick up my mune. I would very much recommend him he has lots of experience and brings this hard time a bit of peace knowing I don't have to deal with cremation headaches.

During a very difficult time, Zack and his staff were amazing. Zack was GENUINELY caring and concerned throughout the entire process. I feel he takes a lot of pride / care/ attention in helping families through a devastating time in their lives. When I went to pick George up it wasn’t a cheap container at all or a “cold” uncaring experience, very comforting actually. Also to have a clay imprint of my babies paw imprint was extremely important to me. I hope to never have to go through something like this again, but I will be telling all my friends who have pets and at some point will need to make a hard decision as we did, that Zack -Bridge Gate will treat them with care and respect.
